FIFA World Cup 2018 Qualifiers

No English Premier League, English Championship or any other games from the major leagues of Europe this weekend because of the second International break of the season. However there is a host of live international football games coming to you tonight, tomorrow, over the weekend and through to next Tuesday, so you have plenty to watch and bet on still. I’ve already started myself, with a small odds in favour bet today already, win for Japan and South Korea have already come in, just need UAE to beat Thailand in a few hours to complete my winning bet. Hopefully.

Aidy Boothroyd picking the England U21’s

I need to bob our first to get a few things done this afternoon, won’t take me long though and then I’ll be back in time to watch the England U21’s. I think they only need a point to qualify for next years championships but I’m sure they’ll be getting the win under new temporary manager Adrian Boothroyd. Who’s standing in for Gareth Southgate whilst he’s in charge of the senior squad. No Rashford this time either as he’s back with the full squad once again after playing more regularly from Manchester United. A win and goals should be easy for England to come by though.

Group D for Bale’s Wales v Austria

Plenty of other games on tonight too, with six being on Sky Sport’s Red Button option whilst they show the main games of Ireland v Georgia and the big one from Group D, Austria v Wales. Ireland should easily be winning and the odd will show that but still worth having them on your accumulator. Wales will be given good odds as well after their Euro success but I honestly having a feeling tonight that Austria will get the win on home territory. Should be a cracking match though.

Italy vs Spain in Group G together

Italy against Spain, shall we go for a draw on this one to save face? I’ve not looked back through the records but neither of them could have lost many World Cup qualifiers in the last twenty or thirty years so will something give tonight. It’s not very often you get two of the heavy weights of World Football competing against each other in the qualifying rounds, it’s going to make an interest watch as well.

Onto Friday, again a load of live games on Sky Sport’s Red Button option but none of them standing out as really entertaining games. If I was to pick anything out barring the obvious wins for most of the nations, I could see Hungary vs Switzerland as a draw to bolster your betting slip maybe. I’m out a beer festival myself on Friday though so not much chance of watching any football but if I was going to I suppose I would go with the Belgium vs Bosnia game. I have nothing planned for Saturday or Sunday though so I’ll be able to catch with some more game then.
